Does everyone have to install an app?
No. They get a simple link (WhatsApp, text, email) and share their messages, photos or videos straight from their browser, in under a minute. The mobile app is there for the organiser, but guests never need it.
How much does it cost?
Tu commences gratuitement, sans carte bancaire : carte digitale, collecte de souvenirs et album sont inclus, et le film souvenir reste en option à 4,99 €. Si tu veux la liste de souhaits, le QR du jour J et le film inclus, c'est Essentiel à 14,99 € ; pour tout en illimité, le livre d'invitation et la Wallet Card, c'est Premium à 29,99 €. Paiement unique par événement, jamais d'abonnement.
Who can see what people share?
Nobody but you and the people who have the private link. Everything is hosted securely in the European Union, is never public, and is never used for anything else. You can delete the event and all its data at any time.
How long is the film kept?
Ton film et ton album restent en ligne 90 jours après la clôture de l'événement — largement de quoi les partager avec tout le monde. Pendant ce temps, télécharge-les : le fichier est à toi, sur ton appareil, pour toujours. On te prévient par e-mail avant l'échéance, à plusieurs reprises.
How does the group gift work?
C'est une liste de souhaits partagée, pas un compte bancaire : chacun indique ce qu'il souhaite offrir — un montant libre, ou tout ou partie d'un cadeau précis — et l'organisateur voit qui participe à quoi. Vivory n'encaisse rien : vous vous arrangez entre vous, par le moyen que vous voulez.
And on the day itself?
You print the Vivory QR code and put it on the tables: guests scan it and share the photos they take there and then. Everything appears live on the event wall, and feeds into the final film.
