This policy describes how Vivory handles your personal data, in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

Data we collect
- Organiser account: name, email address, sign-in details.
- Event content: messages, photos, videos and voice notes shared by participants.
- Group gift: payments are handled by a licensed payment service provider; Vivory stores no banking data.
- Technical data: this site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. One display preference (light or dark theme) is stored locally in your browser.
Purposes and legal bases
- Providing the service (creating an event, collecting memories, editing the film) — performance of the contract.
- Security and fraud prevention — legitimate interest.
- Service-related communication — performance of the contract.
Hosting and retention
Event content is hosted within the European Union. It is kept for the duration of the plan you chose (a permanent memory page with the Premium plan) and deleted at the organiser's request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise them: contact@vivory.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
Minors
Content showing people under 18 may only be shared with the consent of their legal guardians. The event organiser is responsible for obtaining it.
