Terms of use
Last updated: 8 July 2026
This English version is provided for your convenience. Only the French version is legally binding.
Purpose
Vivory lets you create an event, invite the people close to you, collect messages, photos and videos, run a group gift and receive a memory film edited automatically. Using the service means accepting these terms.
Accounts and access
The organiser creates an account; guests contribute through a private link without creating one. Everyone is responsible for keeping their own sign-in details, and the links they share, confidential.
User content
- Each contributor warrants that they hold the rights to the content they share, and have the consent of the people filmed or photographed.
- Unlawful, hateful or violent content, and content infringing the rights of others, is prohibited. Vivory may remove any content reported to it.
- Content remains the property of its authors. Vivory uses it solely to provide the service (hosting, editing, private distribution).
Prices and payment
Creating an event is free. Finalising the film is charged according to the plan chosen, as displayed on the pricing section at the time of purchase. One payment per event, prices include VAT.
Group gift
Group gift payments are operated by a licensed payment service provider. Funds may only be withdrawn by the designated beneficiary, after the identity check required by regulation.
Liability and availability
Vivory does everything it can to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. Vivory's liability may not exceed the amount paid for the event concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any action is taken. Failing agreement, a consumer may use the free consumer mediation service of CMAP (the Paris Mediation and Arbitration Centre): cmap.fr/la-mediation-de-la-consommation.
